The JOLIER Business idea
JOLIER’s business idea is to design, manufacture and sell innovative transformable fashion garments. Brands smart-design products with unique and highly competitive concept, offers the new way of dressing to the international fashion market. JOLIER target is the “must have” brand position for women, who appreciate beautiful, contemporary yet sophisticated design.
The Story
Sveta Planman the founder and designer of JOLIER, was born in Russia and grew up in Finland. Planman studied the fashion industry in four schools all way from dressmaker to designer in Finland and Italy. In 2005 she graduated from the University of Art and Design in Helsinki and launched as MA- thesis first collection. Beautiful feminine slimming wear was natural for Planman, however nice garment with whatever fantastic story was never enough to her. She wanted to make something different. Typical wear problems like size limits, to fast aging and environmental concerns bothered her. Planman was always interested in transformability, she builds up concept to follow more closely her idea and in 2008 collection receive a new name – JOLIER (to make something beautiful).
By creating transformable, one size, continuing reasonable price collections, JOLIER took place missing in the fashion market. Today based in Helsinki JOLIER is a young yet promising brand awarded in Venture Cup 2010 - business competition as innovative concept and chosen in Top 10 companies Business plan. We already started in Finland and continuing to international market. If you want something different and beautiful – this is a call for you.

Jolier Reversible dresses – Sharp & Sense and previously launched Pretty & Lovely are innovative reversible dresses each has two different color sides. By simply turning the dress inside or outside you can change your look – from office to party, from casual to outstanding. The Sharp & Sense takes design a step further by adding to the different color side’s two different designs. Smart design dresses is well suited for everyday life as well as for celebrations. Jolier Transformable dresses – Paris London Milan New York this is the newest collection. Dresses easily transforms helm from long to short, from wide to slim, sleeve from short too long. Beautifully shaped designs are finished off with sophisticated details. As all JOLIERs they are designed to bring forward grace and slenderness of the client. All dresses come in one adjustable size suitable for XS-L (EU).
Jolier ONE – an innovative fashion wonder, one piece garment can be used in 56 different ways as skirts, tops, boleros, tunics and many more. It´s one adjustable size is for all, also mothers to become. Garment is made ecologically in Finland without waste or leftover materials.
